About
Hello there, my name is Alex and I'd like to welcome you to Forest & Fur Dog Walking! Dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for dogs through regular exercise and outdoor play. As a professional dog walker with over 6 years experience on Hampstead Heath, I take pride in providing exceptional care that prioritises the physical and mental wellbeing of each dog in the pack. My passion for health and wellbeing has led me to barefoot trainers, which I wear daily! this keeps my focus grounded and maintains my connection with the dogs and the adventures we take together. I offer an exclusive and discreet, carbon neutral service on a fixed rota. I have a very small client base whom are part of the family we have created together. Most of the dogs walk daily and are collected and returned to their homes via our electric van. I am very committed to being part of improving the environment we live in, wether it be recycling, my apparel, our mode of transport or hand baking some fresh treats. I am reliable and experienced as a professional dog walker and I truly care. Grateful for everyday that I get as your dog walker and I love all the dogs I walk as if they were my own. Our Services
We are currently accepting new members for both our morning and afternoon walks, but spaces are filling up fast. As a member of Forest & Fur, your furry friend will join our small group of regulars for their daily walks. Boarding services are available exclusively for our walking members only, so you never have to worry about your pup being left alone. Our fixed rota system ensures your dog gets the same care on the same days every week, and we always reserve a spare spot so we can be flexible when life requires it. Our monthly invoicing makes things easy and stress-free for you. The pack is curated on an energy basis to keep everyone walking happy. We focus on walking, socialising and play, we do not do intense exorcise or unnecessary over exhaustion. Prices start from £27.00 per walk.
We cover the following areas; Hampstead Garden Suburb, Hampstead Heath, Vale of Health, Parliament Hill, Highgate, Gospel Oak, Dartmouth Park, Tufnel Park, Kentish Town, Camden, Upper Holloway, Crouch End, Cranley Gardens, Lower Holloway, Highbury, Islington, Hoxton.
Day Care
& Weekend walks
We offer day care on our fixed rota which also includes a second walk and sitting at our boarding facility; should you need your pooch out for longer. This service is also available ad hoc for our regular single walk members!
Single Walks
Let's go for a walk on Hampstead Heath!
Choose from morning or afternoon, collected effortlessly via our electric van and they'll enjoy playing off lead with their new friends for around 1.5 hours! They will be off lead the entire time and only walked in a group of 4 dogs maximum.
We operate a fixed rota, select which days you would like every week and these will become your set days! subject to availability.
Boarding
We offer a very personal, home from home experience at our home in Gospel Oak at the foot of Hampstead Heath. This service is strictly reserved for our walking members only and spaces are extremely limited.

Terms And Conditions
keeping things crystal clear. We invoice on a monthly basis and there are no hidden fees. A subscription to be a member of the pack is free, although spaces are limited. We charge a small reservation fee for when you go on holiday so we can save your space and there are no extra charges for public holidays; these are optional walks and we do not charge a reservation fee on these days - should you want to spend it with your beloved! We ask for 3 weeks notice for subscription cancellations where possible, and we charge full price for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. The holiday reservation fee is 50%.

In the summer of 2020, while my children and I were walking our new 13 week old puppy in the Heath, we encountered an incredibly well managed group of dogs strolling through the grassy lawn. The five dogs ranged in age and size and moved calmly and playfully together in a pack. This group caught my eye for the cohesive and responsible way in which its' members moved through the Heath, sharing the space peacefully with other dogs, children as well as people strolling and jogging through the Heath. Leading and guiding the group with quiet confidence and kindness was Alex. As a member of the Hampstead community and frequent visitor to the Heath, I had encountered many dog walkers in the past; I was so impressed by the skilled and professional way Alex handled his dogs and by their excellent behaviour that I strode up to him immediately and asked him for his number. Since this time, Alex has served as our daily dog walker. Pack walking under Alex's guidance has helped to socialize our dog, who under our care alone, had been very fearful and aggressive towards other dogs and occasionally, people. Knowledgeable and responsible, Alex has significantly improved Mochi's behaviour.
